Lady Gaga in New Delhi, India where she’s performing at the Formula One after-party. Lady Gaga held a press conference at the Taj Mansingh Hotel to announce her performance wearing a  Naeem Khan Resort 2012  gown. This whimsically STUNNING watercolour one-shoulder gown is a tamed down look for miss Gaga, but of corse the Lady herself has to step it up a notch by coloring her tightly wrapped bun to match her gown.
