Lady Gaga released her highly-anticipated music video for “Disease”, the lead single off LG7. The music video was directed by Tanu Muino and features some looks styled by power stylist duo HARDSTYLE (Nick Royal & Peri Rosenzweig) which served up twisted fashion fantasy that was equal parts glamorous and grotesque. Hair by Frederic Aspiras, makeup by Sarah Tanno-Stewart and nails by Miho Okawara. For the opening look, we get to see Gaga in a lush black long wig and a quite innocent-looking vintage 1970s cotton floral mini dress which was sourced at Replika Vintage in LA! We meet Gaga‘s demonic alter-ego, clad in an all-black ensemble inspired by plague doctors. What many people missed is that this super complex look changed approximately 3 times in the video, with layers and accessories added and removed. She wears a black silk taffeta gown with wired constructions sticking out, and a feathered headpiece from another look – all from young French designer Charles de Vilmorin‘s Fall/W...

For the opening look, we get to see Gaga in a lush black long wig and a quite innocent-looking vintage 1970s cotton floral mini dress which was sourced at Replika Vintage in LA!
What many people missed is that this super complex look changed approximately 3 times in the video, with layers and accessories added and removed.
She wears a black silk taffeta gown with wired constructions sticking out, and a feathered headpiece from another look – all from young French designer Charles de Vilmorin‘s Fall/Winter 2024 Haute Couture collection inspired by Agatha Christie and Tim Burton, where Poirot meets Sleepy Hollow.
“For this collection, I drew a lot of inspiration from 1980s horror films, from evil, austere creatures that we find visually disturbing. I wanted to bring out the cinematic side of the 1980s, which, in general, inspires me enormously. The music composed especially for the show is also very narrative-driven.”
Later, she adds a heavy, voluminous textured organza ballgown skirt from NYC-based emerging designer Meruert Tolegen‘s Spring/Summer 2025 collection.
There‘s also a few Japanese designers involved! Towards the end of the music video, we can spot this archival Comme des GarƧons Fall/Winter 2008 ruffle-trimmed cage coat which was sourced at The Arc London.
For the other black look, Gaga tapped back to Turkish designer Dilara Findikoglu to create a black mixed media blazer featuring a lace appliquƩ on the collar, contrast raw stitching, flannel under-sleeves and real glass shard embellishments!
There’s also a mishmash of other pieces: a vintage Yohji Yamamoto fishnet dress from served as a base. On top of that, vintage Comme des GarƧons zip-embellished leather faux sleeves. Both are finds from Peri’s personal vintage collection A FETISH ARCHIVE.
She’s also wearing a lace and satin bustle dress from Meruert Tolegen‘s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, a vintage Maison Margiela gaffa tape belt from The Arc London, and custom Wing & Weft black lace gloves.
The black wide-brimmed hat with tie, Gaga topped off her plague doctor look off with, is the Marie-Helene from Stephen Jones‘ Spring/Summer 2025 “The Curve: Constantin, Azzedine, Thierry, Claude” collection, inspired by the sculptor Constantin Brancusi
and the legendary Parisian designers: Azzedine AlaĆÆa, Thierry Mugler and Claude Montana.
HARDSTYLE created both Gaga’s zip-embellished neckpiece (in collaboration with Samuel Lewis) and patchwork leather gimp mask made of vintage coin purses!
Another La Maison Gaga-exclusive I‘m so hyped to share with you is a close-up photo of her custom black diamond faux front tooth made by London-based young jewelry label DOSIS G6C.
Gaga completes her look with vintage Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 1993 Elevated Ghillie black patent leather boots from The Arc London.
Next, Gaga (and her twin) are wearing custom HARDSTYLE x Samuel Lewis bandage co-ords inspired by plastic surgery patients, made right on set. The lines around her limps are reminiscent of broken dolls as well.
She’s also wearing a custom Dilara Findikoglu chain choker featuring a car key and other trinkets, one of them saying “Mother” on a little heart, a mini suitcase with London & Paris on each side and a little goblin.
Lurking in the shadows, Gaga wears the “Heartbroken Twin” full look from Central Saint Martins alumni Maximilian Raynor’s MA graduate collection — 90s-inspired office shirt with cinched waist, dagger collar and voluminious sleeves, and checkered interwoven tasseled “peeling” skirt made of deadstock fabrics.
For the final look, Gaga dons a custom HARDSTYLE x Samuel Lewis grey ombrƩ double layer illusion hand-dyed silk gown with long sleeves, turtleneck and distressed hem which then was fully covered in slime right before the shoot took place. I was told that the dress was laid out to dry in the sun while Gaga was shooting on set!
The matching gloves were custom-made by Wing & Weft Gloves for her.
Last but definitely not least, our girl slithers around on the ground while wearing these Wolford Satin Touch black knee socks which she got distressed.
