FASHION BREAKDOWN: Lady Gaga "Disease" Music Video...

Lady Gaga released her highly-anticipated music video for “Disease”, the lead single off LG7. The music video was directed by Tanu Muino and features some looks styled by power stylist duo HARDSTYLE (Nick Royal & Peri Rosenzweig) which served up twisted fashion fantasy that was equal parts glamorous and grotesque. Hair by Frederic Aspiras, makeup by Sarah Tanno-Stewart and nails by Miho Okawara. For the opening look, we get to see Gaga in a lush black long wig and a quite innocent-looking vintage 1970s cotton floral mini dress which was sourced at Replika Vintage in LA! We meet Gaga‘s demonic alter-ego, clad in an all-black ensemble inspired by plague doctors. What many people missed is that this super complex look changed approximately 3 times in the video, with layers and accessories added and removed. She wears a black silk taffeta gown with wired constructions sticking out, and a feathered headpiece from another look – all from young French designer Charles de Vilmorin‘s Fall/W...

Costello Tagliapietra Fall 2012

When First arriving to the Costello Tagliapietra's fashion show, (while I was covering the photography for FutureClaw Magazine.)  I felt a strong excitement & anticipation from the guest in the room, I started noticing some familiar faces too - I exchanged a fast but delightful "hello you look amazing as always!" with model & host of  Top Chef ,  Padma Lakshmi - replying with a humble response  "Aw how sweet, thank you so much." also a quick "Hi I'm a huge fan!" to Angela Simmons of MTV's show  Run's House,  Replying back with enthusiasm "Thanks!" As the show started winding closer I began to set my camera in place and getting situated. A packed filled room of excited viewers and predominate fashionistas took there seats as the lights dimmed, the show starts. As I'm clicking away I notice thew my camera lens these dante and whimsical cocktail dress coming down the ru...

Rachel Comey - Spring/Summer 2012 Collection:

This was my first runway show ever!!! While covering NYFW for FutureCaw Magazine .   With a live drum performance from New York indie band I.U.D. playing in the background,  Rachel Comey  showcased her amazing spring/summer 2012 collection on the first day of New York Fashion Week 2011.  Full of chic and designs for the "everyday" girl, the latest Rachel Comey S/S 2012 collection takes prints to a more simple and subdue level. Bringing extremely functional and fashionable outfits, the entire line is definitely wearable. Femininity, comfort, geometric shapes, and simple prints are the main component in this collection. Mid length skirts, airy loose fitted dresses, sheer details, plaid prints, comfortable flats, slippers, loafers, straw hats and retro sunglasses, layered over corsets, Moroccan flats and mid-length hemlines reflected in the collection make some of the hottest trends for   Sprin...

PC - ON THE RUNWAY?!

Yes that's me working it on the runway during NYC fashion week! A couple of years ago La Tigre  had offered me a chance to walk in their show. The event was held at Hotel Qt, in NYC. It was my first runway show and it was amazing! I was only 17 years young then, that's 5 years ago! Absolutely LOVE the cardigan and shoes they put on me!
